She serves as the International Brand Ambassador of the World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC), contributing to the organization’s global mission of promoting human rights, women’s empowerment, social justice, child protection, equality, and leadership development.

Professional Journey

With more than two decades of professional experience, Ms. Karishma Hada has established a distinguished career across the aviation, management, media, and social sectors.

During her professional journey, she has held important responsibilities with several prestigious national and international aviation organizations, including AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines, Oman International Airlines, Singapore Airlines, and SpiceJet Airlines.

Her extensive professional experience has developed strong expertise in management, leadership, organizational development, strategic planning, communication, and professional administration.

Contribution to Media & Public Awareness

Ms. Karishma Hada has made a significant contribution to the media sector and has served as the Channel Head of Doordarshan Rajasthan (DD Rajasthan).

In this leadership role, she contributed to promoting programs and initiatives related to social issues, women’s awareness, public welfare, and community development. Her leadership helped provide greater visibility to issues of social importance and encouraged positive public dialogue.
