World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC)

The World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC) has established specialized cells across multiple sectors to ensure effective functioning and impactful outcomes. These cells operate through the expertise of professionals to strengthen human rights protection, research, investigation, and public awareness.

Membership & Team Structure

The membership and team structure of the World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC) is designed to enable individuals to actively contribute to the protection, promotion, research, and investigation of human rights according to their respective roles. Each level within the organization provides members with specific rights and opportunities to work effectively in their designated capacity.

  1. Active Members  form the foundation of the organization and are entitled to participate in events, meetings, and training sessions organized by WHRRC. They can contribute to human rights awareness activities and are eligible to receive benefits such as free legal assistance and support services.
  2. State Team Members  are authorized to represent the organization at the state level and work towards the promotion and protection of human rights within their respective states. They have the right to conduct research and investigations, organize programs, and coordinate with relevant authorities and institutions.
  3. National Team Members  operate at the national level and play a key role in strengthening coordination across different states. They are empowered to engage in nationwide human rights initiatives, research, investigations, awareness campaigns, and policy support activities.
  4. International Team Members  represent the organization on a global platform and are authorized to work internationally for the promotion and protection of human rights. They can collaborate with international organizations, participate in global research and investigative efforts, and contribute to worldwide campaigns and initiatives.

  • This structured framework ensures that every member is provided with appropriate rights and responsibilities, enabling effective contribution toward achieving the organization’s mission and objectives.

 

Available Cells & Their Functions

1. Anti-Corruption Cell – Works to identify, report, and support action against corruption-related issues while promoting transparency and accountability.
2. Child Protection Cell – Focuses on safeguarding childrens rights, preventing abuse, and ensuring welfare and rehabilitation.
3. Crime Control Cell – Assists in monitoring crime-related issues and supports victims by coordinating with authorities.
4. Cyber Security Cell – Handles cybercrime awareness, digital safety, and online rights protection.
5. Education Cell – Promotes the right to education and addresses issues related to educational access and quality.
6. Food Safety Cell – Works to ensure safe food practices and addresses violations affecting public health.
7. Government Employees Cell – Supports issues and rights related to government employees.
8. Government Scheme Help Cell – Assists citizens in accessing and benefiting from government welfare schemes.
9. General Cell – Handles general activities, coordination, and support across all departments.
10. Investigation Cell – Conducts fact-finding, field investigations, and prepares reports on human rights violations.
11. IT Cell – Manages digital operations, data systems, and technical support.
12. Labour Cell – Addresses labour rights, workplace issues, and employee welfare.
13. Legal Cell – Provides legal guidance, documentation, and support in human rights cases.
14. Media Cell – Handles communication, media outreach, and public awareness campaigns.
15. Medical Cell – Supports healthcare-related rights and assists in medical cases and emergencies.
16. Pensioners Cell – Works on issues related to retired individuals and pension benefits.
17. Pollution Control Cell – Focuses on environmental protection and pollution-related concerns.
18. Private Employees Cell – Supports rights and welfare of private sector employees.
19. Research Cell – Conducts research, analysis, and policy recommendations on human rights issues.
20. Senior Citizens Cell – Works for the protection, dignity, and welfare of elderly individuals.
21. Social Justice Cell – Promotes equality and addresses discrimination and social injustice.
22. Sports Cell – Encourages fair practices and addresses issues related to sports and athletes.
23. Tribal Rights Cell – Protects and promotes the rights of tribal communities.
24. Youth Cell – Engages youth in awareness, leadership, and human rights activities.


Available Designations & Roles

1. President – Provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and represents the organization at the highest level.

2. Vice President – Assists the President and oversees operations across cells.

3. General Secretary – Manages administration, coordination, and execution of organizational plans.

4. Secretary – Handles documentation, communication, and internal coordination.

5. Joint Secretary – Supports the Secretary in administrative and operational tasks.

6. Advisor – Offers expert guidance and strategic recommendations.

7. Legal Advisor – Provides legal counsel and supports case-related matters.

8. Media Officer – Manages public relations, media communication, and awareness campaigns.

9. Patron – Provides support, credibility, and guidance to the organization.

10. Coordinator – Manages activities at field or departmental level and ensures smooth execution.


Eligibility & Participation

Any social worker, advocate, journalist, serving or retired government employee, or any individual committed to human rights may join WHRRC. Members can contribute their expertise to support human rights protection, research, investigation, and awareness initiatives.


Training & Recognition
WHRRC regularly organizes training programs, workshops, and awareness sessions to enhance members skills and knowledge. Members demonstrating outstanding performance are recognized and honoured by the organization.
