The World Human Rights Research Council, Rajasthan Launches Self-Défense Training Camp for Girls

Chittorgarh: The World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC) organized a seven-day self-defense training camp with the objective of empowering girls and women and promoting awareness about personal safety and human rights. The camp was inaugurated at Balika Government Senior Secondary School, where around 156 girls are participating in the training program. The program was conducted under the leadership of Women Cell State President Mrs. Shilpa Jain. Several distinguished guests attended the inauguration ceremony, including Kotwali Police Station Assistant Sub-Inspector Suraj Kumar, Women Counsellor Snehlata, Social Justice Cell State President Santosh Kumar Sharma, Anti-Corruption Cell State President Daulat Singh Rathore, State General Secretary Rani Tiwari, and many other dignitaries. All guests were warmly welcomed and honored by the organization. The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. During the seven-day training camp, participants are being taught practical self-defense techniques aimed at helping them protect themselves confidently in difficult situations. Organization officials stated that the primary objective of the camp is to build self-confidence among girls, spread awareness about their rights, and encourage women’s safety and empowerment in society. Guests and parents appreciated the initiative and described it as an important step toward social awareness and women’s empowerment. Among those present at the event were Daulat Singh Rathore, Snehlata Sahu, Rohit Agrawal, Anju Soni, Shilpa Gulab, Nitin Sharma, Bhawani Sharma, Lakshmi Choudhary, Rashmi Soni, Pavani Sharma, Babita Chouhan, Suman Jain, Pushpa Awasthi, Vijay Joshi, Bhawana Jain, Nitin Jain, Manoj Sahu, Lalit Mali, Vinod Jaju, and several other members and citizens.
