मेम्बरशिप आवेदन प्रक्रिया

विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) में आपका हार्दिक स्वागत है। WHRRC की मेम्बरशिप किसी भी देश के नागरिकों के लिए खुली है। मेम्बरशिप आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूर्णतः ऑनलाइन है, जिसके अंतर्गत आपको अपनी मूल व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, नवीनतम पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो तथा एक वैध पहचान पत्र जमा करना आवश्यक होता है। मेम्बरशिप हेतु ₹100 का सामान्य आवेदन शुल्क निर्धारित है, जिसका भुगतान ऑनलाइन फॉर्म जमा करते समय करना होता है। आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक जमा होने के पश्चात लगभग 24 घंटों के भीतर आपके आवेदन का सत्यापन किया जाता है। सत्यापन पूर्ण होने पर आपके मेम्बरशिप आईडी कार्ड एवं प्रमाणपत्र की सॉफ्ट कॉपी आपके पंजीकृत ईमेल पते पर भेज दी जाती है। यदि आप इन दस्तावेजों की हार्ड कॉपी प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं, तो कूरियर सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है। मेम्बरशिप के पश्चात आप अपने क्षेत्र में मानवाधिकारों से संबंधित मुद्दों के समाधान में सक्रिय भूमिका निभा सकते हैं। आप मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन से संबंधित शिकायतों को संकलित एवं दस्तावेजित कर सकते हैं तथा वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों, विधि विशेषज्ञों एवं प्रशासनिक सहयोग के मार्गदर्शन में पीड़ित नागरिकों को न्याय दिलाने में सहायता कर सकते हैं। आवश्यकता होने पर आप निःशुल्क कानूनी सहायता उपलब्ध कराने में भी सहयोग कर सकते हैं। आपके कार्यों को सशक्त बनाने हेतु विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) द्वारा समय-समय पर प्रशिक्षण एवं मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करती है। संगठन के लिए आपके प्रत्येक योगदान पर आपको पॉइंट्स प्रदान किए जाते हैं, जो आपके लॉगिन पैनल में उपलब्ध प्रोग्रेस कार्ड में दर्ज होते हैं। 50 पॉइंट पूर्ण होने पर आप राज्य टीम में पदोन्नति के पात्र बन जाते हैं, जहाँ आपकी जिम्मेदारियाँ एवं कार्यक्षेत्र और अधिक विस्तृत हो जाते हैं। राज्य टीम में नियुक्ति प्राप्त करने के पश्चात आप सरकारी विभागों एवं अधिकारियों से पत्राचार हेतु संगठन के आधिकारिक लेटरहेड का उपयोग कर सकते हैं तथा बेहतर समन्वय के लिए अपनी टीम का गठन एवं नेतृत्व भी कर सकते हैं। मानवाधिकार क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने पर आपको राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मान एवं पहचान प्राप्त हो सकती है, जिससे आपको वैश्विक स्तर पर प्रतिष्ठा एवं उपलब्धि हासिल करने का अवसर मिलता है। विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) का नेतृत्व डॉ. ज्योति जोंग्लुजू द्वारा किया जा रहा है, जो भारतीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट की प्रतिष्ठित अधिवक्ता (सॉलिसिटर) होने के साथ-साथ विश्व स्तर पर “द लीगल लेडी” के नाम से प्रसिद्ध हैं। उन्होंने अनेक राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मंचों पर विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए मानवाधिकार, न्याय एवं विधिक जागरूकता के क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। उनके नेतृत्व एवं मार्गदर्शन में विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) सम्पूर्ण विश्व में मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान, जाँच, निरीक्षण, प्रशिक्षण एवं निःशुल्क कानूनी सहायता के क्षेत्र में निरंतर सक्रिय रूप से कार्यरत है तथा मानवाधिकारों के संरक्षण के लिए समर्पित है। यदि आपको किसी भी प्रकार की सहायता, सुझाव या शिकायत करनी हो, तो कृपया WHRRC व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर 8510888811 पर संपर्क करें।

Dear Member, Welcome to the World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC). Membership in WHRRC is open to citizens of any country. The application process is completely online, where you are required to submit your basic personal details, a recent passport-size photograph, and a valid ID proof. A nominal application fee of ₹100 is applicable, which must be paid while submitting the online form. Once your application is successfully submitted, it is verified within approximately 24 hours. After successful verification, the soft copies of your Membership ID Card and Certificate are sent to your registered email address. If you wish to receive hard copies of these documents, courier services are also available. After becoming a member, you can play an active role in addressing human rights issues in your region. You may collect and document complaints related to human rights violations and assist citizens in seeking justice with the guidance of senior officials, legal experts, and administrative support. You may also help provide free legal assistance to those in need. To support your work, WHRRC offers regular training and guidance. For every contribution you make towards the organization, you are awarded points, which are recorded in your Progress Card available in your login panel. Upon completing 50 points, you become eligible for promotion to the State Team, where your responsibilities and scope of work expand significantly. After appointment, you can use official letterheads to communicate with government authorities and also build and lead your own team for effective coordination.
