निःशुल्क सदस्यता अभियान

प्रिय सदस्य, विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) में आपका हार्दिक स्वागत है। विगत वर्षों के सदस्यता आवेदनों एवं आँकड़ों का विस्तृत विश्लेषण करने पर यह ज्ञात हुआ कि लाखों ऐसे नागरिक हैं जिन्होंने संगठन से जुड़ने की इच्छा व्यक्त की, सदस्यता फॉर्म भरा तथा मानवाधिकारों के लिए कार्य करने का संकल्प लिया, परंतु केवल सदस्यता शुल्क का भुगतान न कर पाने के कारण उनकी सदस्यता प्रक्रिया पूर्ण नहीं हो सकी। यह केवल एक आँकड़ा नहीं, बल्कि उन असंख्य लोगों की अधूरी आशाओं का प्रतिबिंब है, जो न्याय, मानवाधिकार, कानूनी सहायता एवं सामाजिक परिवर्तन के इस अभियान का हिस्सा बनना चाहते थे। अनेक असहाय, पीड़ित एवं जागरूक नागरिक ऐसे हैं जो अपने अधिकारों को समझना चाहते हैं, मानवाधिकारों के लिए कार्य करना चाहते हैं तथा समाज में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाना चाहते हैं, परंतु आर्थिक अभाव उनके मार्ग में बाधा बन गया। मुख्य कार्यालय द्वारा गहन विचार-विमर्श एवं मानवीय दृष्टिकोण को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि केवल सदस्यता शुल्क के अभाव में किसी भी नागरिक को संगठन से जुड़ने, कानूनी सहायता प्राप्त करने अथवा अपने अधिकारों की जानकारी से वंचित नहीं रखा जाएगा। इसी उद्देश्य के साथ विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) द्वारा दिनांक 15 मई 2026 से संगठन की सदस्यता पूर्णतः निःशुल्क घोषित की जाती है। अब किसी भी देश का नागरिक निःशुल्क संगठन से जुड़ सकता है, मानवाधिकारों के लिए कार्य कर सकता है, अधिवक्ताओं द्वारा निःशुल्क कानूनी सहायता प्राप्त कर सकता है तथा मानवाधिकार उल्लंघन से संबंधित शिकायतों का विशेषज्ञों द्वारा निःशुल्क मार्गदर्शन एवं समाधान प्राप्त कर सकता है। हमारा विश्वास है कि न्याय केवल सक्षम लोगों का अधिकार नहीं होना चाहिए, बल्कि प्रत्येक मानव का मौलिक अधिकार होना चाहिए। यह भी सत्य है कि किसी भी संगठन के संचालन हेतु आर्थिक संसाधनों की आवश्यकता होती है। अतः हम उन सम्मानित सदस्यों एवं संस्थानों से विनम्र अनुरोध करते हैं, जो आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम हैं और इस वैश्विक मानवाधिकार अभियान को आगे बढ़ाना चाहते हैं, कि वे अपनी स्वेच्छा अनुसार प्रतिमाह सहयोग राशि दान स्वरूप प्रदान करते रहें। सहयोगकर्ताओं को डोनेशन सर्टिफिकेट भी प्रदान किया जाएगा, जिससे वे आयकर संबंधी उपलब्ध प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें। हमें गर्व है कि आज भी विश्व के विभिन्न देशों एवं राज्यों में अनेक सम्मानित सदस्य निस्वार्थ भाव से संगठन को निरंतर आर्थिक सहयोग प्रदान कर रहे हैं, ताकि मानवता, न्याय और अधिकारों की यह मुहिम निरंतर आगे बढ़ती रहे। विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) संभवतः विश्व का पहला ऐसा संगठन बनने की दिशा में अग्रसर है, जो व्यापक स्तर पर निःशुल्क सदस्यता, निःशुल्क कानूनी सहायता, निःशुल्क प्रकरण निराकरण एवं मानवाधिकार मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करने के लिए समर्पित है। अतः सभी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में प्रतिदिन कम से कम 1 नए व्यक्ति को संगठन से अवश्य जोड़ें। इसके लिए आप अपनी व्यक्तिगत Affiliate Link का उपयोग करें, ताकि आपके द्वारा जोड़े गए प्रत्येक सदस्य का रिकॉर्ड आपके प्रोग्रेस कार्ड में जुड़ सके तथा आपको प्रमोशन, राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मान प्राप्त करने के अवसर मिल सकें। यदि आपके पास अभी तक आपकी Affiliate Link उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो नीचे दी गई लिंक के माध्यम से अपनी Affiliate Link जनरेट करें और उन लोगों तक पहुँचाएँ जिन्हें आप निःशुल्क सदस्यता प्रदान करना चाहते हैं। अन्य किसी सहायता के लिए व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर +91 8510888811 पर संपर्क करें।

Dear Member, Warm greetings from the World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC). After conducting a detailed analysis of membership applications and records from previous years, it was observed that millions of citizens expressed their desire to join the organization, filled out membership forms, and pledged to work for human rights, but were unable to complete their membership process solely due to the inability to pay the membership fee. This is not merely a statistic, but a reflection of the unfulfilled hopes of countless individuals who wished to become part of this mission for justice, human rights, legal assistance, and social change. Many helpless, victimized, and socially aware citizens wish to understand their rights, work for human rights, and bring positive change to society, but financial limitations became an obstacle in their path. After extensive discussions and considering the humanitarian perspective, the Head Office has decided that no citizen shall be deprived of joining the organization, receiving legal assistance, or gaining awareness about their rights merely due to the lack of membership fees. With this objective, the World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC) hereby declares that from 15 May 2026 onwards, membership in the organization shall be completely FREE. Now, citizens of any country can join the organization free of cost, work for human rights, receive free legal assistance from advocates, and obtain expert guidance and resolution regarding human rights violation complaints without any charges. We believe that justice should not be a privilege only for the financially capable, but a fundamental right of every human being. At the same time, it is also true that every organization requires financial resources for its operations. Therefore, we humbly request all respected members and institutions who are financially capable and wish to support this global human rights movement to continue contributing voluntary monthly donations according to their capacity. Donation Certificates will also be provided to contributors, enabling them to avail benefits under applicable income tax provisions. We are proud that even today, many respected members across different countries and states are selflessly providing continuous financial support to the organization so that this mission for humanity, justice, and rights may continue to grow stronger. The World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC) is possibly moving towards becoming the world’s first organization dedicated on a large scale to providing free membership, free legal assistance, free case resolution support, and human rights guidance. Therefore, all members are requested to connect at least one new person with the organization every day in their respective areas.
