WHRRC OFFICE OPERATIONS GUIDELINES

Authorized office bearers of the State, National, and International teams of the World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC) are permitted to operate official offices on behalf of the organization. The primary objective of these offices is to provide citizens with human rights assistance, guidance, and complaint resolution support. To commence office operations, the office bearer must possess valid hard copies of the WHRRC-issued ID Card, Appointment Letter, and Office Banner. Required materials may be ordered online through the organization’s official website. The office must maintain a proper and organized seating arrangement for visitors so that citizens can be respectfully heard and provided with appropriate legal guidance and assistance. Efforts should be made to address and resolve human rights-related complaints at the primary level in a fair and sensitive manner. Every complaint/case received at the office must be updated on the organization’s official Complaint Portal to ensure that all records remain secure, transparent, and systematically maintained. The World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC) regularly organizes training workshops, webinars, and guidance programs for its office bearers and members. Whenever required, legal assistance and professional guidance through advocates/law experts may also be provided by the organization. All office bearers should note that office operational expenses must be borne personally. Therefore, each office bearer is expected to manage and operate the office according to their own discretion, capacity, and local requirements. Please ensure that every WHRRC office is operated with discipline, transparency, respect for human rights, and in accordance with the dignity and values of the organization.
