विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस 05 जून को मानव श्रृंखला एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण शपथ समारोह आयोजन सूचना

समस्त विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) के सदस्यों, नागरिकों, सामाजिक संगठनों, विद्यार्थियों, युवाओं, पर्यावरण प्रेमियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) द्वारा विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस दिनांक 05 जून के उपलक्ष्य में “मानव श्रृंखला एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण शपथ समारोह” का विश्व स्तरीय आयोजन विश्व के समस्त ग्रामों एवं शहरों में एक साथ आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस विशेष अभियान का उद्देश्य पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति वैश्विक जनजागरूकता उत्पन्न करना, नागरिकों को पर्यावरण संरक्षण हेतु प्रेरित करना तथा आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित एवं हरित भविष्य का निर्माण करना है। कार्यक्रम प्रातः 7:00 बजे स्थानीय शासकीय विद्यालय ग्राउंड अथवा निर्धारित सार्वजनिक स्थल पर आयोजित होगा। सभी नागरिकों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश देने हेतु कार्यक्रम स्थल तक पैदल अथवा साइकिल द्वारा पहुंचें। कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न शासकीय विभागों के अधिकारियों, सामाजिक संगठनों, शिक्षकों, विद्यार्थियों, महिलाओं, युवाओं एवं आम नागरिकों को विशेष रूप से आमंत्रित किया जाएगा ताकि यह आयोजन एक जनआंदोलन के रूप में स्थापित हो सके। कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत विशाल मानव श्रृंखला का निर्माण किया जाएगा, जिसमें “SAVE EARTH”, “SAVE FUTURE” एवं “WHRRC” का विशेष प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा। मानव श्रृंखला की ड्रोन एवं मीडिया कवरेज की जाएगी, जिससे यह संदेश देश एवं विश्व स्तर तक पहुंच सके। इसके पश्चात सभी नागरिकों द्वारा पर्यावरण संरक्षण हेतु 10 प्रमुख शपथ का सामूहिक वाचन किया जाएगा, जिनमें वृक्षारोपण, जल संरक्षण, प्लास्टिक मुक्त अभियान, स्वच्छता, पर्यावरण जागरूकता एवं जिम्मेदार नागरिक सहभागिता जैसे महत्वपूर्ण संकल्प शामिल होंगे। कार्यक्रम की सफलता हेतु सभी स्थानीय टीमों को निर्देशित किया जाता है कि वे कार्यक्रम आयोजन से कम से कम 8 दिवस पूर्व बैठक आयोजित कर आयोजन समिति का गठन करें तथा सभी आवश्यक जिम्मेदारियों का कार्य विभाजन सुनिश्चित करें। समिति में अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष, सचिव, मीडिया प्रभारी, मानव श्रृंखला प्रभारी, ड्रोन एवं फोटोग्राफी प्रभारी, सोशल मीडिया प्रभारी एवं अन्य आवश्यक सदस्य नियुक्त किए जाएं। कार्यक्रम आयोजन से पूर्व संबंधित पुलिस स्टेशन एवं विद्यालय/कार्यक्रम स्थल से आवश्यक अनुमति प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा। बिना अनुमति किसी भी प्रकार की गतिविधि आयोजित न करें। सभी टीमों को निर्देशित किया जाता है कि वे कार्यक्रम के प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु सोशल मीडिया, व्हाट्सएप, पोस्टर, बैनर, स्थानीय समाचार पत्र एवं व्यक्तिगत आमंत्रण का उपयोग करें ताकि अधिक से अधिक नागरिक कार्यक्रम में भाग ले सकें। कार्यक्रम स्थल पर सेल्फी पॉइंट, मीडिया कवरेज, समूह फोटोग्राफी एवं लाइव सोशल मीडिया प्रसारण जैसी व्यवस्थाएं भी की जा सकती हैं ताकि कार्यक्रम का प्रभाव अधिक व्यापक रूप से दिखाई दे। इस कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन पर आयोजक टीम के सदस्यों के प्रोग्रेस कार्ड में +10 अंक जोड़ने का प्रावधान किया गया है। इसके लिए संबंधित टीम के अध्यक्ष कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न होने के पश्चात सभी आयोजक सदस्यों के नाम एवं आवश्यक विवरण राष्ट्रीय व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर 8510888811 पर उपलब्ध कराएंगे। सत्यापन उपरांत संबंधित सदस्यों के प्रोग्रेस कार्ड में अंक जोड़े जाएंगे। जो नागरिक अपने शहर अथवा ग्राम में आयोजित कार्यक्रम से जुड़ना चाहते हैं या स्थानीय आयोजक टीम से संपर्क करना चाहते हैं, वे विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) के व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर 8510888811 पर संदेश भेज सकते हैं। संबंधित क्षेत्र की टीम की जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। कार्यक्रम पूर्णतः शांतिपूर्ण, गैर-राजनीतिक एवं सामाजिक जागरूकता आधारित रहेगा। सभी प्रतिभागियों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे अनुशासन बनाए रखें तथा पर्यावरण संरक्षण के इस वैश्विक अभियान का जिम्मेदारी एवं सम्मान के साथ हिस्सा बनें। अगर किसी टीम के पास कार्यक्रम के लिए बैनर उपलब्ध नहीं है तो उस टीम के सदस्य व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर 8510888811 पर पर संपर्क कर प्रोग्राम के लिए बैनर आर्डर कर सकते है। अन्य किसी सहायता, शिकायत, सुझाव अथवा कार्यक्रम संबंधी जानकारी हेतु विश्व मानवाधिकार अनुसंधान परिषद् (WHRRC) के व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर 8510888811 पर संपर्क किया जा सकता है। 

Notice for human chain & environment protection pledge ceremony On the occasion of world environment day – 05 June

All members of the World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC), citizens, social organizations, students, youth, and environmental supporters are hereby informed that on the occasion of World Environment Day, 05 June, the World Human Rights Research Council (WHRRC) will organize a “Human Chain & Environment Protection Pledge Ceremony” as a world-level event simultaneously in villages and cities across the world. The objective of this special campaign is to create global awareness regarding environmental protection, inspire citizens to actively participate in protecting the environment, and build a clean, safe, and green future for coming generations. The program will be organized at 7:00 AM at the local government school ground or any designated public place. All citizens are requested to reach the venue by walking or using bicycles in order to promote the message of environmental protection. Officers from various government departments, social organizations, teachers, students, women, youth, and citizens will be specially invited so that the program can become a large public movement. Under this program, a massive human chain will be formed displaying the messages “SAVE EARTH”, “SAVE FUTURE”, and “WHRRC”. The human chain will be covered through drone and media coverage so that the message can reach national and international platforms. After this, all citizens will collectively recite 10 major environmental protection pledges, including tree plantation, water conservation, plastic-free campaigns, cleanliness, environmental awareness, and responsible citizen participation. To ensure the success of the program, all local teams are instructed to organize a meeting at least 8 days prior to the event and form an organizing committee while ensuring proper distribution of responsibilities. The committee should include a President, Vice President, Secretary, Media In-charge, Human Chain In-charge, Drone & Photography In-charge, Social Media In-charge, and other required members. It will be mandatory to obtain the necessary permissions from the concerned police station and school/program venue management before organizing the event. No activity should be conducted without permission. All teams are instructed to use social media, WhatsApp, posters, banners, local newspapers, and personal invitations for publicity so that maximum citizens can participate in the event. Arrangements such as selfie points, media coverage, group photography, and live social media broadcasting may also be organized to increase the impact and visibility of the campaign. A provision has been made to add +10 points to the Progress Card of the organizing team members upon the successful completion of the event. For this purpose, the President of the respective team will submit the names and required details of all organizing members to the National WhatsApp Helpline Number 8510888811 after the completion of the program. Information regarding the respective local team will be provided. The program will remain completely peaceful, non-political, and based on social awareness.
